All ticket purchases for The Wealth Reset are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made for inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or other reasons. Please review your calendar and availability before completing your purchase.

OCN reserves the right to adjust or modify the event structure, content, speakers, schedule, and format (virtual vs. in-person) at its sole discretion, without obligation to refund. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance via email.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for any risks to your health, wellbeing, or personal property. You hereby release and hold harmless OCN, its founders, affiliates, speakers, sponsors, contractors, and venue partners from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may occur in connection with your participation.

All event materials (presentations, handouts, worksheets, recordings, and digital content) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. By attending, you agree not to record, distribute, reproduce, or use any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from OCN.

5. Consent to Receive Communications

By registering for this event, you expressly consent to receive event-related communications via email, SMS/text messaging, and phone, including event updates, post-event follow-up, and marketing for related offerings from OCN and its affiliated brands. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link, though transactional emails related to your purchase and event participation will still be sent.

This event is educational in nature. No specific income, financial, or business results are guaranteed. Success outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond the control of OCN.
